Description
坐在地面上,屈膝並使兩腳掌掌心相對,雙手先撐在地面上,使臀部上的部分體重轉移到雙手上,此時雙膝如同鳥兒飛翔時兩翅拍打般上下擺動;接著,改成單手撐地,另一隻手撐在膝蓋上,把膝蓋壓向地面,停留約五秒後換邊,反覆操作,直到時間結束。
