Description
軀幹打直坐在地面上,雙腳亦打直,接著臀部離地,使臀部上的所有體重轉移到雙手與腳跟後,臀部往前推,使臀部靠近腳掌,並把體重從「腳跟」轉移到「腳掌外側」,此時兩腳掌掌心相對,停留三到五秒後,臀部後移、雙腳順勢伸直,如此反覆操作,直到時間結束。
