先採取四足跪姿,並使兩腳腳尖朝外,接著臀部往後坐,不用坐到底,依自己的緊繃感來調整,切勿感覺到痛,或極度的緊繃感亦不是我們要的,臀部往後坐時,順勢把胸口壓向地面。
