Description
這個動作俗稱「棒式」或「平板支撐」,入門動作是雙手雙腳伸直撐地,其他身體部位離地,並使軀幹和四肢像「一根木棒」或「一片板子」一樣打直、保持不動到課表規定時間結束。補充:入門動作是手掌撐在雙肩正下方,雙手愈往額頭前方移動(前移),或往肚臍下方移動(後移),動作難度也愈高。
